1. Route 8 north through Adams into downtown North Adams.
2. Proceed straight through three traffic lights (the third at River Street). 
3. Second right is Liberty Street; drive to the top of the hill, and turn left on North Holden Street.
4. Turn left onto campus of North Adams Regional Hospital.  Bear left after entering; the VNA & Hospice is at 99 Hospital Avenue (enter through the Ambulatory Care Center).

From the East:

1. Route 2 into North Adams.
2. Turn right at Dunkin' Donuts. You are now on Eagle Street.
3. Proceed through the traffic light at River Street and continue up the hill.  Bear left at the fork; the next left is Hospital Avenue.
4. The first driveway is an exit; next driveway is the entrance to the NARH/VNA campus.  Bear left after entering; the VNA & Hospice is at 99 Hospital Avenue (enter through the Ambulatory Care Center).

From the West:

1. Route 2 into North Adams.
2. Continue to Eagle Street, and turn left at Dunkin' Donuts.
3. Proceed on Eagle Street through the traffic light at River Street.  Continue up the hill, and bear left at the fork.  The next left is Hospital Avenue. 
4. The first driveway is an exit; the next driveway is the entrance to the NARH/VNA campus.  Bear left after entering; the VNA & Hospice is at 99 Hospital Avenue (enter through the Ambulatory Care Center).
