Northern Berkshire Family Medicine provides primary care services in northern Berkshire County. Anping Han, MD, is joined by Jean Culver, MD, Nina Molin, MD, Caitlin Roberts, FNP, Lindsay Samale, FNP, and Clare Tullock, FNP.
Dr. Han completed his residency in family medicine at the Family Medicine Center of Guthrie/Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, Pa. He earned his medical degree with honors from Inner Mongolia Medical College in China, and holds master’s and doctoral degrees in internal medicine and hematology. Dr. Han completed additional training as a postdoctoral associate at Harvard-MIT Division of Health Sciences and Technology at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Cambridge. Dr. Han is a member of the American Association of Family Practice and the American Medical Association.
Dr. Culver is board certified in Occupational Medicine. She was a captain in the US Air Force Medical Corps and is a Certified Senior Aviation Medical Examiner. A 1982 graduate of Middlebury College in Vermont, Dr. Culver earned her medical degree from the University of Rochester School of Medicine. She holds a master’s degree in public health from the Rollins School of Public Health at Emory University in Georgia.
Family Nurse Practitioner Caitlin Roberts earned her master’s degree from Northeastern University’s Family Nurse Practitioner Program in 2012. She is a member of the Massachusetts Coalition of Nurse Practitioners. Caitlin is a board certified family nurse practitioner. She completed her training at Harvard Vanguard Medical Association, Brookline, Obstetrics and Gynecology and Beth Israel Deaconess HealthCare, Brockton, Adult Primary Care as well as Greenfield Pediatrics – Baystate Health Systems, Greenfield, and Children’s Hospital Boston. Caitlin joined NBFM in January of 2013.
Family Nurse Practitioner Lindsay Samale joined Northern Berkshire Family Medicine in November, 2012. Ms. Samale earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and completed her master’s degree at the University of Cincinnati. She trained as a family nurse practitioner with Berkshire OB/GYN, Berkshire Medical Center’s Emergency Department, Lee Family Practice, and Berkshire Pediatric Associates. She is a member of the Massachusetts Coalition of Nurse Practitioners and American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Family Nurse Practitioner Clare Tullock earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Sage Graduate School in Troy, New York and her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. She completed her training at Berkshire Medical Group, Berkshire OB/GYN, Lee Family Practice and the Pediatric Practice of Dr. Brian Dempsey. These focused on adult, pediatric and gynecologic and obstetric patients. Clare joined Northern Berkshire Family Medicine in July, 2012.
