(Oct. 10, 2012) Dionysia Fiorentinos, D.O., has joined Northern Berkshire Pediatrics and the medical staff of North Adams Regional Hospital. She is accepting new patients.
Dr. Fiorentinos received her medical degree from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in Westbury, New York. She completed pediatric residency at Schneider Children's Hospital in North Shore in New Hyde, New York. As a Fellow in the American Academy of Pediatrics, Board Certified in 2009, she has been in private practice for four years as an attending pediatric physician at Astoria Pediatrics in Astoria, New York.
Dr. Fiorentinos was born in Greece and came to the U.S. at the age of nine. She also graduated from Stony Brook University with a Bachelor of Sciences in Biochemistry and a Bachelor of Arts in Hispanic Languages. She is fluent in English, Spanish and Greek. She is very passionate about pediatrics and loves to work with children of all ages. Dr. Fiorentinos is a caring mentor for children and parents alike. She also loves to travel and is an avid reader.
