Next Q&A: A Girl's Gotta Know ... When Gyno Goes Public May 11, 2010
(May 11, 2010) North Adams Regional Hospital will continue its series of free question-and-answer sessions with Northern Berkshire OB/GYN gynecologists Charles O’Neill, MD, Susan Yates, MD, Alison Hastings, DO, and nurse midwife Carol Bryan on Tuesday, June 1, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. The free event takes place at the VNA & Hospice of Northern Berkshire Community Room. Refreshments will be served and participants can enter a raffle to win passes to the North Adams Garden Movieplex. The panel will take questions on gynecologic and women’s health issues including menopause, hysterectomy, tube tying and birth control options, abnormal bleeding, incontinence, and other subjects.
Dr. O’Neill has practiced in north Berkshire since 1987. He earned his medical degree from St. Louis University School of Medicine and is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology. Dr. Yates, who joined the NARH Medical Staff in 1981, earned her medical degree from Michigan State University College of Human Medicine and is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology.
Dr. Hastings earned her medical degree from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency at the University of Connecticut. Carol Bryan earned her certification as a nurse midwife from Frontier School of Midwifery & Family Nursing, with ACNM Board Certification.
Northern Berkshire OB/GYN is part of the Northern Berkshire Healthcare family of care providers, with offices on the third floor of North Adams Regional Hospital.
