Quality

Good information helps you make good decisions about your health and health care. In this section we report accurate and honest information about the quality of the care we provide at NBH. We regularly submit information on a variety of quality indicators to national healthcare oversight organizations, including the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations, and the Center for Medicaid and Medicare Services, reviewing measures under Hospital Quality, and National Patient Safety Goals.

North Adams Regional Hospital is developing a Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC). The PFAC will provide an opportunity for patients and families to work in partnership with NARH to develop improved programs and services for our patients. The work plan is available here.
